Member-hosted gatherings to connect with Closer friends at home. Each Closer At Home has a unique dinner and discussion theme, curated by your host to match the vibe they create.

Join us for a time-honored tradition: dinner and discussion. These casual, intimate gatherings bring members together in the warmth of each other’s homes for evenings of connection, conversation, and shared ideas. Open hearts and minds essential.

Your Host
A longtime host and connector, Alex has a knack for bringing people together in his Columbus Circle home. With a background in running singles dinner parties and cooking for Eat With, he’s no stranger to creating memorable gatherings and is excited to open his space for a Closer event. Alex loves music and is excited to have guests pick songs they'd like to hear on his hi-fi KEF LS50 speaker system, adding another layer to the experience. Exact address will be shared via email the day before.

Event Policies

Refund Policy
Refunds are automatically issued within 2–5 business days if an event is canceled. While we’re unable to offer refunds for illness, we do allow ticket transfers—just email us the name of the new attendee before the event. If an event is rescheduled, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the update if the new date doesn’t work for you. These policies help us keep Closer running smoothly and accessible to all.
