What to Know
Set to the music of Alicia Keys, Hell’s Kitchen brings the sounds, energy, and soul of New York City to Broadway in a coming-of-age story inspired by Keys’ own teenage years in Manhattan.

Event Flow
5:30 PM – We have a table at Carmine's for dinner or a bite before the show, just a short walk from the Shubert Theatre. Meet the group and enjoy one of the Theater District's pre-show classics.
6:30 PM – Head to the Shubert Theatre and grab your seats.
7:00 PM – Showtime, baby!
9:00 PM – Head out and opt for a nightcap or cheesecake slice at the famous Junior's Bakery & Restaurant, just around the corner.

Refund Policy
Refunds are automatically issued within 2–5 business days if an event is canceled. While we’re unable to offer refunds for illness, we do allow ticket transfers—just email us the name of the new attendee before the event. If an event is rescheduled, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the update if the new date doesn’t work for you. These policies help us keep Closer running smoothly and accessible to all.
