January is Jazzfest! Aja Monet, a Grammy-nominated Surrealist Blues Poet, brings powerful energy to the stage alongside an incredible ensemble. With Fay Victor’s tribute to Herbie Nichols and Sophye Soliveau’s captivating vocals, sink in an evening of heartfelt expression and good vibes.

Event Flow
6:00 PM – Meet up with friends at Banter (169 Sullivan St), a cozy café just a short walk from the venue. Enjoy drinks and light bites before the show.
7:00 PM – Head to Le Poisson Rouge (158 Bleecker St). Your tickets are with your Plan Captain.
7:30 PM – Immerse yourself in an unforgettable evening of jazz.

Event Policies

Refund Policy
Refunds are automatically issued within 2–5 business days if an event is canceled. While we’re unable to offer refunds for illness, we do allow ticket transfers—just email us the name of the new attendee before the event. If an event is rescheduled, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the update if the new date doesn’t work for you. These policies help us keep Closer running smoothly and accessible to all.
