Leave the hustle in Manhattan and join us for an evening of pure relaxation at QC NY Spa with new friends.

What You’ll Need to Know
• What’s Included: Full access to heated outdoor pools with skyline views, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation lounges, and serene garden spaces—perfect for soaking, strolling, and unwinding at sunset. (Food and drinks are available for purchase at the on-site café.)
• What to Wear/Expect: Bring a swimsuit for the pools, cozy layers for transitions, and pack light—lockers are provided. The spa’s calm, relaxing vibe is perfect for an evening of unwinding with friends.

Group Chat
We’ll add you to a private GroupMe the day before, so you’re all in the loop. One of your fellow members will take the lead as Plan Captain to help navigate the day.

Event Flow
5:00 PM –  Meet up with your group at the spa lobby. Arrive, check-in, and start exploring the spa’s serene spaces.
5:30 PM – Soak in heated pools with a glass of wine, stroll the gardens, or relax in saunas and steam rooms as the sun sets.
7:00 PM – Grab a bite or unwind in the lounges before one last soak.
8:30 PM – Wrap up the evening, feeling refreshed and recharged.

Event Policies

Refund Policy
Refunds are automatically issued within 2–5 business days if an event is canceled. While we’re unable to offer refunds for illness, we do allow ticket transfers—just email us the name of the new attendee before the event. If an event is rescheduled, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the update if the new date doesn’t work for you. These policies help us keep Closer running smoothly and accessible to all.
